Each quarter our customers receive a ‘Certificate of Recycling’ listing the amount of waste recycled. Information includes the total amount of waste recycled, the number of kilowatts/hours of energy saved by recycling paper as opposed to manufacturing new , and the amount of cubic metres of landfill airspace saved by recycling. With the need to promote companies’ commitment to improving our environment, many clients proudly display these certificates in their offices. In fact, a few companies break these figures down on a department or branch basis, and use for recycling incentives between departments and branches.
Additionally, information given within TGM electronic reports, which are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, on the tonnage of waste recycled is increasingly becoming essential information for inclusion in company Annual Reports - demonstrating to shareholders how the company is working towards improving the environmental impact it has on our fragile planet.
